Increasing Mental Fitness
Mental fitness requires weakening the internal "saboteurs" that cause "negativity" in how they handle challenges. Your saboteurs cause anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness. The Judge, Controller, Avoider, Stickler, Pleaser, and Hyper-Achiever are just a few of the saboteurs.

Weekly 1-hour video: As the Positive Intelligence researcher and author leads experiential exercises to deepen and personalise your understanding of mental fitness tools, these create INSIGHT. You actively participate in critical sections to learn. Leave inspired and energised for the week's daily practises.
As a 6-week boot camp, the "PQ Programme" requires only 15 minutes daily. As you follow the programme, you gain (1) insights, (2) structure, and (3) motivation to apply what you learn to your daily interactions with your leader, colleagues, and direct reports at work and home.
Completing an exercise builds mental muscle. You create new neural pathways that form positive mental habits. After six weeks, the impact is dramatic. Your precision will improve. More free. More energised.

Keep track of progress daily. The app tracks daily progress against minimum targets that research shows require new mental muscles (neural pathways). Based on your Saboteur Assessment, daily coaching tips and challenges are customised. It's designed to disarm your Top 3 saboteurs.
